WELCOME TO THE CAPE TOWN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING​

Cape Town Strength and Conditioning is a coach led training space for people who want to train properly. We help everyday individuals, athletes, and returning clients get stronger, move better, and build long term performance. This is structured training with expert coaching inside a supportive community.

This is the first place I have trained where every session feels intentional. The coaching is clear, the environment is focused, and the progress actually lasts.

Sergio is a highly skilled Strength & Conditioning Coach in Cape Town, with a strong background in Olympic weightlifting training and injury rehabilitation. As the lead strength coach, Sergio specialises in building resilient, powerful athletes through technically sound lifting, structured strength programs, and performance-driven rehabilitation support.

ZUKO KWETANE

PERSONAL TRAINER & CONDITIONING COACH

Zuko Kwetane is a results-driven Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach in Cape Town, specialising in functional training, strength development, and conditioning. With experience at Virgin Active, Zone Fitness, and F45 Training, Zuko helps clients build confidence, strength, and sustainable fitness habits through structured, performance-focused training programs.

TAYLIN HOLLAND

PERSONAL TRAINER & CONDITIONING COACH

Taylin is a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Cape Town S&C with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in Sport and Leisure. She specialises in athletic strength and conditioning, vulnerable populations, and corporate wellness, combining science with practical application. Focused on simplicity and structure rather than trends, Taylin builds strong foundations, identifies weak points, and tracks meaningful progress to help clients develop sustainable strength, resilience, and confidence.
